The main advantage of the system is making payment by customers only on escrow account run by the bank cooperating with the company on the next projects.
Escrow account was already entered in 2001 – 11 years before the entry into effect of the Developer Act which regulate i.e. the payments made by customers.
A safe system of financing house investments
In the interest of legal and financial security of our clients ECO-Classic - the first on the Polish market - introduced and since 2001 has been continuously used to fund its investment using the escrow account. As a result of our investment projects are financed exclusively from the company's own resources and a bank loan. The lending bank constantly monitors the progress of the investment, and payment Client is collected in a separate account - is protected until its completion.
